Warranty Registration
Warrantable/Non-Warrantable and Service Claims:
Authorization tickets with approval forms can be obtained by:
- Contacting customerservice@FosTecH.us
- Filling out the contact form on our website
Important Information to Include:
- Details about the firearm or product issue you are experiencing
- Clarity is key—please reference the exact product you have
- If the concern is a firearm, provide the serial number
- Describe what you are experiencing so we can provide the best guidance for resolution
Our excellent team will work with you to troubleshoot the described issue based on the information you’ve shared with us. This may include:
- Asking additional questions for clarification
- Providing you with videos and reference materials to help achieve a resolution
Important Note:
- Approval for sending FosTecH an item(s) on an open authorized claim ticket is obtained by working directly with our Customer Service team.
- Customer Service will contact you, so please remember to check your junk/spam folder for an email from customerservice@FosTecH.us.
DO NOT send FosTecH an unapproved, unauthorized item(s).
- If you are sending a Short Barrel Rifle, a copy of your approved NFA form for the SBR shall be emailed to customerservice@FosTecH.us. Additionally, a copy of your approved NFA form shall be placed in the gun case with your Short Barrel Rifle for acceptance at FosTecH.
- All NFA item(s) sent to FosTecH will require a copy of your approved NFA Tax Stamp emailed to customerservice@FosTecH.us. Additionally, a copy of your approved form shall be placed with the item(s) for shipment to FosTecH.
- FosTecH is not responsible for changes in Federal, State, and Local laws regarding firearms or firearm accessories. It’s important to understand that firearm laws could change at any time, which may make it impossible and illegal for FosTecH to ship your item(s).
FosTecH Warranty Coverage:
FosTecH’s warranty covers all costs for labor, parts, and shipping if a verified manufacturing defect is found by shipping your item(s) to our facility on an open authorization claim ticket. These claims will be processed as warrantable and will be fully covered by FosTecH.
Non-Warrantable Claims:
If there is no manufacturing defect, the claim will be considered non-warrantable, and the following charges will apply:
- Return Shipping Costs (minimum required)
- $17.00 per Trigger Return Shipping
- $40.00 per Lower Receiver Return Shipping (Adult Signature required)
- $50.00 per Firearm Return Shipping (Adult Signature required)
Non-Warrantable Claims:
If there is no manufacturing defect, the claim will be considered non-warrantable, and the following charges will apply:
- Return Shipping Costs (minimum required)
- $17.00 per Trigger Return Shipping
- $40.00 per Lower Receiver Return Shipping (Adult Signature required)
- $50.00 per Firearm Return Shipping (Adult Signature required)
- Labor Charges – $65.00/hour for evaluation and service (FosTecH time and labor)
- Operator-Related Damage or Missing Parts – A Sales Order will be generated for:
- Replacement parts
- Labor costs
- Return shipping
FosTecH will not cover costs for damage caused by:
- Operator Modifications or attempted modifications to the product.
- Operator Use with a firearm other than the specific model and caliber for which the product was intended.
- Operator Unauthorized alterations that could render your item non-compliant with ATF regulations.
Operator modifications damage or missing parts should not be expected cost coverage by FosTecH, which includes charges for return shipping charges, cost of parts, and labor fees and will also result in a non-warrantable claim Sales Order.
