**FFL Firearm Transfer Guidelines**

To comply with federal law, all firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. To facilitate this process, kindly email your order number, dealer’s name, address, phone number, and email to sales@fostech.us. Fostech will liaise with the dealer to acquire the necessary license.

**Additional Instructions:**

Please ensure you contact your chosen FFL dealer to inform them of the transfer and to make any required arrangements for firearm pickup. We recommend discussing potential transfer fees they might impose. Failure to notify the dealer may lead to them refusing the firearm or being unavailable during the expected package arrival. If the firearm is returned under these circumstances, additional delays, shipping charges, and return fees may apply.

**Important Notes:**

• Firearms cannot be shipped to California, New Jersey, Illinois or New York.
• Firearms equipped with the Echo Trigger cannot be shipped to: CA, CT, DC, FL, HI, IA, IL, MD, NJ, NY, RI, and WA.
• Actual products may differ from the images shown; some images include accessories and upgrades. Refer to the description for accurate specifications.

In-stock items will be shipped 3 to 6 business days after receiving a valid license from the dealer.
