The Hammer Spring for the Echo ARII Trigger is designed .223/5.56. The Caliber Conversion Hammer spring is an upgraded Hammer Spring to achieve consistency for shooting 7.62 x 39.
You should be able to shoot steel or brass case with your Echo ARII Trigger; both work great with the installation of the Caliber Conversion Hammer Spring.
