ATTENTION: Please read the following information before placing your order!
- All sales are final. No refunds. No exchanges.
- Your payment will be processed at the time you place the order.
- Cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of order confirmation.
If you are purchasing a firearm:
- Please do not place your order unless you understand and agree to any estimated lead time listed for the product(s) you are purchasing.
- All lead times are estimated and subject to change. FosTecH strives to estimate lead times as accurately as possible.
- Federal law requires all firearms to be shipped to a dealer with a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL). All Class 3 firearms require a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) and Special Tax Stamp (SOT). Include this information on your order or email sales@FosTecH.us your order number, dealer name, address, phone number, and email. FosTecH will contact your dealer on your behalf to obtain the required license(s).
- FosTecH recommends contacting your selected dealer to make them aware of the transfer and to make any necessary arrangements for picking up your firearm. It is also recommended that you inquire about any transfer fees your dealer charges. By not contacting the dealer, there is a higher chance that the dealer will not accept your firearm, or that the dealer will not be available when the package is expected to arrive. If the firearm is returned to FosTecH or the transfer is unable to be completed through your selected dealer there will be additional delays, shipping charges, and/or return fees that may be assessed.

PROMOTION DESCRIPTION:
The Echo Trigger Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 3:57 PM ET on July 19, 2025 and ends at 3:57 PM ET on August 2, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).
The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is FosTecH (“Sponsor”). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant (“Entrant”) unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission, and processing of entries and the overall administration of the Sweepstakes. Entrants should direct any questions, comments, or problems related to the Sweepstakes to sales@fostech.us during the Promotion Period.
ELIGIBILITY:
Open only to legal residents of the United States, aged 21 or older, who comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the possession of firearm accessories. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses) and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry from any state or locality where participation is not permitted by law.
HOW TO ENTER:
During the Promotion Period, enter online by visiting the entry form at:

Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries submitted by automated or robotic methods will be disqualified. Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than one entry by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, or other methods will void that Entrant’s entries and may result in disqualification. All entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period. Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.
PRIZE:
One (1) Echo AR-II Trigger
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $479
Prize is non-transferable and no substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes, and any other expenses not specifically listed herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner is responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding receipt and ownership of the prize.
WINNER SELECTION:
Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Drawing will take place within approximately 7 days after the Promotion Period ends. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
WINNER NOTIFICATION:
The potential winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the drawing. The winner must respond to accept the prize within 7 days of notification. If no response is received, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
The winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, and Publicity Release. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.
PUBLICITY RELEASE:
By entering, you grant Sponsor the right to use your name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes in connection with the Sweepstakes without further compensation or notification, except where prohibited by law.
PRIVACY:
Personal information collected during the Sweepstakes (such as name and email) will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, select winners, deliver prizes, and send marketing communications from FosTecH.
By entering the Sweepstakes, participants consent to receive promotional emails from FosTecH. All marketing communications will include an option to unsubscribe at any time. Data collected will be retained only as long as necessary to fulfill these purposes and will not be sold or shared with third parties outside of FosTecH’s direct marketing or fulfillment operations.
Participation is voluntary, and users may withdraw consent or request access, correction, or deletion of their personal information at any time by contacting us at sales@fostech.us or by mail at FosTecH, 320 Myers St, Seymour, IN 47274.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless FosTecH and its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, representatives, agents, employees, officers, and directors from any and all liability, loss, or damages incurred with respect to participation in the Sweepstakes or the awarding, receipt, possession, use, and/or misuse of any prize.
DISPUTES:
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating, you agree that any dispute that cannot be resolved shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in the United States having jurisdiction. You waive all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages and waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
