ATTENTION: Please read the following information before placing your order!
- All sales are final. No refunds. No exchanges.
- Your payment will be processed at the time you place the order.
- Cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of order confirmation.
If you are purchasing a firearm:
- Please do not place your order unless you understand and agree to any estimated lead time listed for the product(s) you are purchasing.
- All lead times are estimated and subject to change. FosTecH strives to estimate lead times as accurately as possible.
- Federal law requires all firearms to be shipped to a dealer with a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL). All Class 3 firearms require a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) and Special Tax Stamp (SOT). Include this information on your order or email sales@FosTecH.us your order number, dealer name, address, phone number, and email. FosTecH will contact your dealer on your behalf to obtain the required license(s).
- FosTecH recommends contacting your selected dealer to make them aware of the transfer and to make any necessary arrangements for picking up your firearm. It is also recommended that you inquire about any transfer fees your dealer charges. By not contacting the dealer, there is a higher chance that the dealer will not accept your firearm, or that the dealer will not be available when the package is expected to arrive. If the firearm is returned to FosTecH or the transfer is unable to be completed through your selected dealer there will be additional delays, shipping charges, and/or return fees that may be assessed.

PROMOTION DESCRIPTION
From time to time, FosTecH (“Sponsor”) may run giveaways, sweepstakes, or promotions (collectively, the “Sweepstakes”). Each Sweepstakes will be conducted during the promotion period announced in connection with that specific promotion (“Promotion Period”).
By participating, each entrant (“Entrant”) unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
ELIGIBILITY
- Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
- Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, advertising/promotion agencies, and those living in the same household are not eligible.
- Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry not permitted by law in certain states or localities.
HOW TO ENTER
- Entry methods, deadlines, and links will be provided in connection with each individual Sweepstakes.
- Unless otherwise specified, limit one (1) entry per person.
- Automated or robotic entries are prohibited and will result in disqualification.
- Any attempt to enter multiple times using different email addresses, identities, or devices may void all entries.
- Sponsor’s database clock will serve as the official timekeeper.
PRIZE
- The prize(s) for each Sweepstakes will be announced at the time of the promotion (“Prize”).
- Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each Prize will vary depending on the promotion.
- Prize is non-transferable, and no substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
- All taxes and expenses not specifically listed are the sole responsibility of the winner.
- Winner must comply with all applicable laws regarding receipt and use of the prize.
WINNER SELECTION
- Winner(s) will be chosen by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
- Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
- Drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative, and all decisions are final.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
- Potential winner(s) will be notified by email within approximately 7 days after the drawing.
- Winner must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.
- Winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
PUBLICITY RELEASE
By entering, you grant Sponsor permission to use your name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
PRIVACY
Personal information collected (such as name and email) will be used to:
- Administer the Sweepstakes
- Verify eligibility
- Select and notify winners
- Deliver prizes
- Send marketing communications from FosTecH
Participants consent to receive promotional emails from FosTecH, with the ability to unsubscribe at any time. Data will not be sold to third parties. For more details, refer to FosTecH’s Privacy Policy at: https://fostech.com/privacy-policy/.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless FosTecH, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, representatives, agents, employees, officers, and directors from any liability arising from participation or acceptance/use of any prize.
DISPUTES
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved individually (not as part of a class action) in a court located in the United States having jurisdiction. Entrants waive rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.
DISCLAIMER
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, or any other third-party platform used to promote it.
