**FFL Firearm Transfer Guidelines**

To comply with federal law, all firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. To facilitate this process, kindly email your order number, dealer’s name, address, phone number, and email to sales@fostech.us. Fostech will liaise with the dealer to acquire the necessary license.

**Additional Instructions:**
Please ensure you contact your chosen FFL dealer to inform them of the transfer and to make any required arrangements for firearm pickup. We recommend discussing potential transfer fees they might impose. Failure to notify the dealer may lead to them refusing the firearm or being unavailable during the expected package arrival. If the firearm is returned under these circumstances, additional delays, shipping charges, and return fees may apply.

**Important Notes:**

Firearms cannot be shipped to California, New Jersey, or New York.
Firearms equipped with the Echo Trigger cannot be shipped to: CA, CT, DC, FL, HI, IA, IL, MD, NJ, NY, RI, and WA.
Actual products may differ from the images shown; some images include accessories and upgrades. Refer to the description for accurate specifications.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Lead Times: All lead times are estimated and subject to change. At present time, lead times are realistic and accurate. If anything changes, we will do our best to keep the website updated.
Estimated Shipping: We are happy to report a significantly higher order volume at this time. Please note that the current processing lead time for orders is approximately 21–30 business days. This timeframe applies until you receive a tracking number and/or the tracking number begins showing movement within the shipping carrier’s system.
Shipping Restrictions: We’ll use the shipping address information you provide on the order to verify there are no restrictions on shipping to that address—our system checks compliance with all federal, state, county, and local firearms laws.
If the provided shipping address is restricted: In most cases, the order will be unable to be completed and payment will not be processed (i.e., the order does not “pass go”).
If your order reaches processing at FosTecH and the provided shipping address proves to be restricted, such order instances do qualify for a refund. We will contact you via the email provided on the order—so please make sure it is correct!
Please keep in mind that these restrictions are out of our control and could make it impossible for FosTecH to complete the shipment.
