FFL Transfer Information: 

Federal law requires all firearms must be shipped to a holder of a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL).  Please email sales@fostech.us your order number, dealer name, address, phone number, and email.  Fostech will contact them on your behalf to obtain the required license.

Additional Note: Please contact the FFL dealer you’ve chosen to make them aware of the transfer and to make any necessary arrangements for picking up your firearm. It is also recommended that you inquire about any possible transfer fees they may charge. By not contacting the dealer, there is a higher chance that the dealer will not accept your firearm, or that the dealer will not be available when the package is expected to arrive. If the firearm is returned to us for one of these reasons, additional delays, shipping charges, and/or return fees may apply.

Please note the following: 

• No Firearms are shipped to the following states:  California, New Jersey, or New York
• Actual products may vary from those depicted in images.  Some images show accessories and upgrades.  Please note the specifications in the description.
• You must be 21 years of age to transfer a pistol or receiver.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Lead Times: All lead times are estimated and subject to change. At present time, lead times are realistic and accurate. If anything changes, we will do our best to keep the website updated.
• Estimated Shipping: We are happy to report a significantly higher order volume at this time. Please note that the current processing lead time for orders is approximately 21–30 business days. This timeframe applies until you receive a tracking number and/or the tracking number begins showing movement within the shipping carrier’s system.
• Shipping Restrictions: We’ll use the shipping address information you provide on the order to verify there are no restrictions on shipping to that address—our system checks compliance with all federal, state, county, and local firearms laws.
  If the provided shipping address is restricted: In most cases, the order will be unable to be completed and payment will not be processed (i.e., the order does not “pass go”).
  If your order reaches processing at FosTecH and the provided shipping address proves to be restricted, such order instances do qualify for a refund. We will contact you via the email provided on the order—so please make sure it is correct!
  Please keep in mind that these restrictions are out of our control and could make it impossible for FosTecH to complete the shipment.
